1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

How does one live "sooner." It does sound really nice. Of course I don't want to do everything "sooner." Heh-heh.

My favorite cream shave is Kiehls. Tried dozens of brands but this one always wins. I mention this as it is soothing enough to skip post shave balm.

Morny? I don't know if they make shaving soaps... but I love their sandalwood triple milled soap. Like showering with Queen Elizabeth!

Shhh...you will give Conne a chubbie. [IMG]

"Bugger I dropped the sandalwood soap again! Would you kindly pick it up for me, dear sir?"

Is it hard to keep one's monocle in whilst shaving with a straight razor? [IMG]

Not if you remember to switch eyes when you switch hands.

Foo is now shilling for Nivea? [IMG]

Someone scan & upload for those of us unable to buy! This sounds epic.

Hardly. Iirc, it's a 1 page ad with a small pic of each of the final 5, under which is their supposed Nivea product of choice as well as a caption. Pretty sure Foo can foof that and make it better.

I was hoping for a full page spread of the foo sitting in some high back leather armchair, swirling a tumbler of scotch and stroking his chin and propounding on the joys of Nivea post-shave balm...

Marketing people, are you listening?! [IMG]

To be clear, I told them up front I don't use Nivea products and can't endorse them. They told me that wasn't a problem as they would be recommending a product for me to use, not promoting a product as if it were something I'd chosen. As far as I can tell from the ad, they kept to their word.

A lot of things are better when you add Megan Fox. [IMG]

If he's Dutch in that department he'd better get a lawnmower.

I'm upset that I didn't understand what this was about, despite having seen the ad days ago.
