Where else can you witness one of these at top speed or drifting sideways on snow?

Most of the narration is in German. The test driver speaks in French-accented English.

I don't think the Veyron was an Italian design (I thought some German or Slovak led it?). It's built in Alsace though. I imagine mechanics and engineers also get quite of a bit of in-house training as well, once you're in one of the major groups in Europe.

Bugatti is a French company, albeit one now owned by VW.
