My local TJ Maxx has always been trash, but I went a couple weeks ago and bought a pair of Air Jordan 29 for $48. They also had some KDs, Kobes, Hyperrev, and Hyperdunks from a season or 2 ago.

270 in some pics looks like their best new addition in years and looks like straight trash in others

Leaning towards no. Also not enthused by the Vapormax 2.0s.

All I know is that my shadow 1s are coming soon. Gonna try lock up several pairs of these to last a long while.

The Air270 looks good. I'll have to try it out to compare with Huaraches. The comfiest pair they have IMO, next to Air Max 90.

So many cool things about this but an't get over the way the heel tab tightening system leaves a ribbon of fabric out behind you dangling in the wind...

I tried that on. It is quite bulky and insulated. The zipper is not very nice to use when putting on. The upper is some type of membrane so should be quite waterproof. Looks like a hiking boot on foot, wouldn't recommend for casual wear; training/running in wet environments only.
