how much total did you pay? i assume resale?
Aside from the fairly high fees, this is the biggest downside to selling on Grailed. It's fairly difficult and time-consuming to fight something like this, and IME they typically lean towards to buyers' side. You have two options really, ask the buyer to return the shoes via Paypal's free return shipping program and then refund and resell again (least time consuming) or escalate the claim to Paypal and provide the evidence against the buyer's claim. Grailed doesn't do any mediation themselves, they just tell you to go through Paypal. Paypal may take a few months to reach a resolution and even with proof, there's no guarantee they will side with you in their binding decision. The downside is now someone on Grailed is trying to scam me saying I sent him fake AJ1 black satins. Who would fake a Jordan that went to the clearance section?? Any advice? I offered to send the receipt and he just keeps saying “these are fake”.
Thanks, that was my concern re: Grailed. I proactively reported him and provided screenshots of the conversation. He also said the QR code which I pictured in the listing does not work (I scanned directly from the image with no issue). The guy was a pain ********** from the start and I should have followed my intuition to refund him from the start. The free shipping program via Paypal will cover his shipping costs so there's no reason for him to not ship them back. It sounds like the dude knows he's in a position of power with the potential resolution options and is trying to keep both the shoes and his money. Thanks, that was my concern re: Grailed. He is also in Canada so while I ate $45 for shipping (shoes only sold for $90 including shipping), I guarantee he won’t send them back on his own dime.
Nope, I didn't get them and the prices on Stockx are quite high which means it wasn't an easy scoreView attachment 1563749
If I won them does that mean everyone won them
I was the opposite, what size are you?Struck out on the 4 in Taupe Haze but lucked out on the Readymade. Hopefully this is enough to get the 4s.
