Does Ebates/rakuten charge monthly service fees still? I had an Ebates account years ago but forgot about it and didn't withdraw my cash. I was charged a service fee every month until all the money was gone

I guess if you're inactive for a certain amount of time and have cash sitting in there they will (or they used to) charge you.

1) i didn't know you could just have cash sitting there - I get paypal "checks" at the end of each period
2) I just checked and don't see any account maintenance fees - going back 2+ years

I think they used to have a minimum amount if you want to cash out so I didn't cash out at first then forgot about it. Thanks I will set up getting paid at the end of every period.

I didn't buy anything for a long time in that time frame because all of my money was going towards my wedding and when I checked in later it was all gone.
