Is HTM just flyknit lunar in highlighter colors? Becuase just saw all Colorways yesterday ...
HTMs are the ones that say HTM on the tongue. The highlighter colored ones are probably the general releases that you can buy anywhere.
Nike x Tough Mudder
Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!
they still scrub up okay though

You did tough mudder? That is awesome! How'd you do?
I wanted to do the Spartan Sprint this year in Malibu but I couldn't find anyone to go with me.
All these talk of Nike and it's really making me miss Nike Dunks... not SBs though.
... Might just buy a pair for old time's sake.
Thanks man. It was harder than I thought it would be. Normally I can do half marathon distances without much trouble but seeing as all the running bits were in mud, and there was lots of climbing i was dead tired and very hungry by the end. Took a friend and I about 4 hours or so, but thats just a guess since we didn't time it. Weather was also cold (probably 50's or 60's?). If i did it again, I'd definitely eat way more beforehand, and I'd bring gloves (weightlifting gloves or something) because once your hands get so cold its hard to make a fist or grip something, it gets painful to climb stuff.
Worst part was probably swimming under obstacles in a river, water was freezing, instant headache as soon as I went under and it was hard to breathe once I came out. I would love to do it again somewhere warm, or at the very least, during the summer here.
I'm doing the Spartan in Malibu on December 2nd, starting at 9:30, got a group of about 10. Join us, we're team Mud Studs. Corny, I know. This one is only 5K so I expect it to be much easier than the Tough Mudder, did one back in July close to Big Bear. And if you are really f-ing crazy, check out the GoRuck Challenge. Did that in Venice back on November 3/4.
how's the traction of those free runs in the mud? i would have guessed that you would have been slipping all over the place...
terrible. the grooves in the sole hold mud really good too.
I dont have any trail shoes though, and these are my beater running shoes so whatever. Given how deep the mud was and how it caked over everything, i doubt i would have had much better traction in anything else though.
get that dunk garbage outta here
These arrived today. Didn´t know how light they wear until I got my hands on them. It´s almost like wearing socks. Will put them to good use on a run this weekend.
I've really enjoyed my FRs thus far. Takes a bit to get used to, but feels great afterwards. Break them in a bit before doing any serious miles.
Thanks for the offer but that timeslot for your group for 9:30am is sold out. The only time available is at 3:30pm.
There is the Spartan Race on January but that 8miles course will likely be way too much for me, especially in the freezing temps of January. Going to have to check out an easier one first.
Congrats again on finishing the course maxr.
Lionheart, after you wear those Frees, youll never want to wear any other sneakers.
Still need to cop some of those too bad the womens colors are fucking better. You guys give me a heads up when the lighter gray ones go on sale size 11 das wassup thanks.
