i'm a men's 7.5 in AF1's but an 8.0 in the frees. I'm thinking probably a 9.5?

I found the multi racers really underwhelming in person, will probably be easier to find a pair of flyknit Frees.

Go 9.5 if you're an 8 in the newer Flyknit Free 3.0 / 4.0

i have the flyknit lunar 1's in 11.5 but looking to buy flyknit free 4.0s.

never bought a pair of frees before. should i get the same size or size up?
