1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

The fuel band is such a marketing genius tool. A lot of my bigger coworkers started wearing them to make themselves feel better, but never saw results because that's all they did. I try to tell them, it's 80% diet and 20% working out, but they don't listen.

I think they made a gold version too to really target the crowd that buys the gold oversized watches and all.

Agreed. I actually think the FitBit looks like a better product but stuck with the Fuel Band out of brand loyalty...and because it was free :)

I'm all for Nike leaving the hardware to the bigger tech players and continuing to release apps for different platforms. I swear by the Nike Running app and use it daily. And if you have the most recent iPhone, Nike's Move app basically turns it into a Fuel Band.

Tim Cook, Apple's CEO and a Nike board member, wears a Fuel Band. It'll be interesting to see if Apple releases some kind of wearable device as rumored.

Nike can release anything and sell I think. There are folks out there who dedicate their loyalty to Nike. Some of them even got the swoosh and Jumpman tattood on themselves.

I use the Nike app when I go running outdoors. It's pretty cool running in a pattern so I can spell my name and such after I'm done.

Supposedly. Rumors of the Royal 1s too.

Debating whether to go for the 1s or try for something more realistic that won't sell out in 2 seconds.

Good thing you don't have to worry. It's just been rescheduled.

Woke up at 3:58 AM for the release.

    Found out it was postponed.

Laid wide awake in bed for the next 30 minutes frustrated for not knowing about it sooner.

    I'm at work... super tired.

This thing is legitimately ruining kids' lives. Half of them are probably spending the weekends in and starring at Twitter.
