Anyone seen these tech open hem pants in person? I am considering them as off-duty alternative to sweatpants.

I saw these in person and wasn't into them. But if you're looking for that kind of design, maybe they'll work for you. Belt loops on tech pants seem kind of out of place, though that's a minor complaint. They do look decent in that photo.

Not a chance. The black/reds are a GR, whereas the Royals were limited. Doesn't mean the black/reds are going to be easy to get, though.
