What stores is this? Online too?
thanks for the report
think I'll pass nothing I gotta have
It's a little popup shop at Nike headquarters. Looks like it will be online August 29.
Couldn't resist the x UC shorts and these little guys for clearance price -20%
Wouldve bought a pair if that was how it really looked haha Purple X Turquoises looks so much better than Blue X Torquoises
You guys know of any Nike shells on sale? Or cooler ones you've seen?
NY Times write-up on the Tech Pack:
Looks like the men's collection is actually just the four fleece tops and the sweatpants. No Destroyer jackets, no tees. The sweatpants look a lot better here than they did when I tried them on.
rfx will cop
Looks like the stuff my dad wore in the 70's
Prices weren't great (~$240 for hoody) but I was a Nike employee so got a great discount. Scuba zippers, hood was lined with super soft fleece. I got it in a few colors.
Also grabbed a crewneck ($120), it was their loopwheeler line for tech pack.
This was a given, haha.
Yeah, the form fitting stuff is back, ie 'running pants' or 'soccer pants'. No more loose gear from the 90s.
Thanks, man. That's a lot of bread for workout gear for me. Looks like I'm skipping.
According to the ny times article, it'll be $80 for the pants, $85 for the sweatshirt, and $175 for the zip up.
Also, rather than straight up cotton, the fabric will be a foam core sandwiched by cotton jersey. Weird. Reminds me of ye olde skool stretchy ski pants. I'm guessing more wind resistant than a regular sweatshirt, but pretty much useless for anything more demanding than carrying groceries. The logos are either tiresome or classic, depending on where you stand.
Alder Lows available online anywhere other than Premier?
I need the sweatpants in navy.
The price is right too.
