Which iteration of the frees/flyknits would be best suited for lifting? Normally wear Vans (flat) but want a shoe that can handle some light cardio too
don't squat / deadlift in running shoes, it is bad. you will ruin your spine (amongst other things)

This is a bit of a hyperbole.


Frees would be fine anyway, sole is flat an doesn't compress.

fuji, does anyone make like a foot cover or some **** for squatting? I dont want to go barefoot or squat in my socks at the gym so it'd be cool if I could slip something over my socks kinda like a galoshe for my feet (0)

If you want flat shoes for the heavy lifts, chucks aren't bad. They're flat and stable.
