1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I think Nike's are more expensive in Europe as they are shipped there but yea I don't understand all of Yoox prices. They aren't 50% off MSRP as they claim they generally are.

I think it's really funny how we've come full circle with the sneaker obsession. How many of you guys used to be on hypebeast/any sneaker forum before you got to SF?

I'm still on Niketalk. Sneaker habit is not as strong as it once was.

yah. I think some of us are all older niketalk guys.

I've sold most of my collection. went from 300 down to 12 pairs now.

maybe us ex niketalk guys can help each other here.

if anybody has a size 10 spiridon, let me know.

flyknits are so sweet that I had to buy a pair.

I ran in the trainers and did not have a problem.

The whole shoe collecting thing is outrageous now. It is incredible. kids waiting in line to make $20.

    Terrible

I think I could walk a hundred miles in frees. My cousin's girl took some michael kors shoes she never wore with her to spain, they got lost one day having to walk for miles and her toe started bleeding

Just about the dumbest thing you could do when visiting europe is to not wear comfy runners.
