Under Armour Sues Nike
Under Armour filed a trademark infringement and unfair competition lawsuits against Nike Inc. in a Baltimore federal district court on Thursday, over Nike’s use of the phrase “I Will.” Under Armour claims to have used its trademarked tagline “I will” since 1998, and that Nike’s unauthorized use of the trademark will dilute Under Armour’s slogan. They are seeking unspecific damages.
