Just tried on the cameraman in a size 46 which fits. 48 is too big. If anyboy is interest dope factory has a 48 of the yellow/check cameraman that is not on their site, not sure if they still have it. Would have bought it but too big. Anybody who got a 46 and it didn't work out pls message me. Would gladly take it off your hands at the price u paid. Thanks

Anyone hear if the Cabourn x Viberg service boots are going to be carried by anyone outside of the US? Barney's is sold out of my size, and I wasn't too inclined to give them my business to begin with.

I've never owned a harris tweed item before, but would some stretch be expected in an item like the mallory jacket?

Unfortunately, it seems like these may be a Barney's exclusive, just basing it on the blog entry near the top. Have not confirmed this myself with Viberg. I like everything about them but for one of the main selling points -- the distressing.

The tweed softens with wear but doesn't really stretch perse. I certainly wouldn't risk going smaller than the measurements give.

    Nope.
Yeah, saw that too, though I also saw "exclusive in the US" in some other places. Here's to hoping that they show up on Tres Bien soon.

It must be over a year that you've been thinking about it :)

Do we get a fit pic?

@LA Guy dayam that's a good deal for a clip jacket. I just pulled the trigger on the 1940's DB Tweed and a King George. I went to try on the King George at Barney's and they had a 46 which actually I could fit snug on the body but the shoulders and length of the arm was a bit short. So I decided to order a 48 even though I wear a 50 in a Cameraman. I will keep you guys updated on the fit. I also ordered the same size in blue from Barneys so I could try on the look and fit difference.

What are your thoughts folks? BLUE OR MILITARY?
