Yes, we saw your post three posts up.
It looks like someone put it together incorrectly.
Why don't you return it to the shop where you bought it?

I knew 15 days later after the purchase that my parka is defective.
And my parka was last one in shop. So I direct sent my parka to nigel's office.
Nigel said me, my parka looks like wrong.
I can not refund. So I asked normal parka for exchange.
But nigel said, my parka is never defective.
    Because asymmetry is normal states.
Is it looks normal? ...what the...

I picked up two waistcoats, a double checked one and a khaki lapel one, and a khaki lapel jacket... Hard to resist when discounts are so good!

Seriously enough, 13 post about is more than enough and at this point people have stopped caring.

If you are unsatisfied with the product return it to the shop. /end.

    Hey, you did not understand.
I can't return to the shop.
Because he said, he could not refund and exchange.
He think, it's not defective (but he said first it was defective.) and it's too late for return.
If I can return it, it's OK. But I can't, like I said.
So do I have to wear defective one, that I must pay too much money ?
You can not say about that easily, because it is not your business.

I feel your frustration on this. Really do! But, I think posting more than just a couple of posts here won't get you far. Most people don't care about other people's problems. I would suggest trying to find out who manufactures the jacket and get with them directly. Maybe they can fix it. Another route would be to see if you have any protection through your credit card company (or whichever way you paid). You obviously didn't get the product you purchased. Good luck and sorry to hear about this. I'll be sure to inspect my NC products more closely from now on. Thanks for posting.

I don't know where you live, but I suspect Germany or where you have bought the coat, but any decent shop should refund you, if they have sold you a faulty product, if not your country most likely has some sort of trading standard you can complain to.

Agreed. The worst rules and regulations are actually here in the US. Where we have such things as 'final sales'. Ordered some $300 shoes from Opening Ceremony that had glue stains on the front of the toe. They wouldn't take them back even after contacting BBB. I think twice now during 'final sales'.

^^ In any situation like that, get your credit card company to go to bat for you!

I am assuming that you did not buy that jacket from the shop? As has been said it is worth looking up your trading standards regulations as in the UK any internet sale has a "cooling off" period. If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to let them know in writing, either by email or letter, that you wish to return it and then have 28 days in which to do it. They also have to refund the postage they charged you to deliver the item. This does not matter if the item is on sale or if the website tells you all sales are final and only store credit will be given it is law that a full refund must be given. If your country has similar it is worth looking into and going down this route.

this dude is korean it seems. He has no idea what he is doing. Where did you buy the jacket? Directly from Cabourn's website? or a retailer?

He probably won't understand what i asked him.

That's why I usually pay for things like that with Paypal. It's so easy to open a claim and get a refund, even from a shop.
