Me too Zissou, nada as yet.....
Tempting to buy the cheapest item in the range just for the book, though doubt it'll be given away with the shirts. You never know though, the range is so niche this A/W I can't see it being a huge commercial success, usual suspects might be giving it away come spring.

Yeah, have to say I'm interested in the book. I was under the impression it'd only come with the Antarctic pieces though.

I'm actually looking forward to the just general A/W collection. I mean you've got the expedition styles and the Eddie Bauer collaboration, but they'll also do some "standard" pieces as well right?

It'll only come with the Scott expedition pieces for sure, read on a blog 2,000 copies had been printed, sounds about right if one ships with every piece sold.

I think the expedition collection is the only A/W collection, I haven't seen anything else yet, would've thought something would be out by now if so.

It happened to me many times.
But you never know if you would have gotten the size. Plus if I'm happy with my item that's most important.
But- 80% off- did you pay like 2000 Euros for that jacket?

Holy shit, Barney's is so expensive. I picked up my Cameraman from Opening Ceremony, which had it retailing for $1300...

...but I got it on sale for $450

Can't decide whether to buy that cameraman from yoox.

Does anyone know for sure whether it's the winter/summer version / any other info?

Well, even the unlined Mac/Harris tweed version, which that looks to be, is a winter jacket. It's much too warm for summer.

It's unlined, though? I have enough heavy/down/fur jackets, so I'm only interested if I can wear it in the fall (I'm in Toronto so it does get nippy).

Also worried green tweed will look shit with any of my footwear.

Uh, like brown shoes? It will be fine.

I don't know for sure if it is unlined. The sleeves look unlined, but I don't know if the sleeves are lined in the lined version. I have never seen a lined Cameraman.

That's the Mackintosh/Harris Tweed anniversary cameramen from fw2010. It's more expensive than the lined cameraman because of the Mackintosh fabric. I own it, it looks amazing, but my shoulders are occasionally cold in the winter since all you get is a layer of Mackintosh fabric. It certainly is a winter jacket.
