I am all in on Kilties and plan on having some new offerings/different ways to buy coming soon. They are a good way to use up scrap leather, are relatively easy to use and people with any brand of boots can use them. Watch straps and wallets are something I'd like to find a domestic partner to manufacture for us with our leather scraps, mainly as a way to stop wasting so much good leather. If you know of any manufacturers or people who might be interested, please let me know.

You guys are going to see a lot of cool new things this year. It should make 2021 look like we were standing still.

Any chance of partnering with Craft & Lore in the accessory department? They already have a foothold in that niche and y'all seem to have a good working relationship with them from the Task Boot collab and (if I'm not mistaken) prototyping the 1964 Brown.

If you make more different good photos of shoes of different colors on your website (Instagram is not that), then, even without any new products, your number of orders will increase markedly. And if someone can show in a short video (YouTube is not radio) all the features of lasts and different arches, then orders will increase five times. This is just a humble subjective opinion.
For example, I do not understand at all how your Engineer boots might look. If it can look the same as Wesco I will place an order someday.
In short, I mean Wesco's visual shoe designer.

You all are the first place I look for kilties. I look forward to an expanded array of leather offerings!

The only leather shop I have much experience with is Ashland Leather Chicago. But I know they are already set with a steady stream of leathers straight from Horween. I have heard good things also about Popov Leather.

Yeah, we do have a lot of that on YT but will always be adding more. Great suggestions.

Interesting you mention that... there's a certain prominent member of the FB group that's been hitting me up for pics and feedback on my #2 toes in hopes of putting together a custom Roper build spec.

Doesn't a roper normally have a wider toe like the #3?
