If you like beef, an alternative to a NYC steak is the short ribs at Il Buco Alimentari. A single plate is enough for 2 people.

The lunch sandwich version is just as good and 1/2 the price.

Bag packed and weighed, taxi booked, passport, ESTA ready - this time tomorrow I think I'll be having a recovery Belgian beer in bxl east before heading to Hide-Chan. New York: I'm ready.

I am possibly interested in an appointment. This has been asked before, but not answered so far as I can tell. What is your price range and how many fittings are involved?

Since Nicholas isn't an affiliate vendor, I don't think he's allowed to talk about prices and whatnot. Prob best to email or PM him.

Finally made it! Almost my bed time back home, instead I'm about to go and find my second lunch of the day while trying to come to terms with watching 3 movies back to back on the flight.

So you're visiting NYC, Boston, Chicago and SF this time? You should do the Pizza tour of the US!
