Where did you find the second ones? They remind me of my Kermits..

as far as the first ones go, I have a pair. Usually wear them with a button up that's same aqua color, a tee that's that same color, or black,grey stuff

I absolutely cannot stand these kind of "what colors can I match with this?" posts. did mom stop laying your clothes out for you in the morning?

Your clothes don't (and probably shouldn't) need to match your shoes. Just make sure everything coordinates well. Any neutral colors (white, black, grey) will work automatically. Personally I'd love to wear a heather grey sweater and pale blue shirt with these shoes. It might be a little on the matchy-matchy side, but it would look really nice if you wore some dark indigo jeans or light chino pants.
