Sometimes when we entertain I prefer to serve a big roast or braise and carve it at the table so that I'm not rushing around throwing stuff on plates. I also like the convivial atmosphere that a nice carved meat brings to a gathering. Problem is, that I don't know where to get a nice carving board that will look good on the table, and a beat up kitchen cutting board really doesn't give the same feel. Anybody know a good source?
