Plus he gets to hang with Dhani Jones!

I would like for those two to go to do a show in Asia where they eat durian, stinky tofu, and bugs. That might actually be comedic gold.

at the Raiders. They chose a guy who wasn't even in NFL.com's database. ESPN had no info on the guy either. That franchise is doomed until Al Davis dies provided he hasn't jinxed them for eternity.

Seattle's draft is looking better and better. Wouldn't have minded seeing Philly take Unger at 53, though I'd prefer McCoy or one of the TEs.

Absolutely ridiculous. No way an unproven rookie should get that much money, especially guaranteed.

But he has to play in Detroit...

Their uniform is fine. We don't care for your opinion. Aren't there any teams closer to home you can be curmudgeonly towards?

Yes. The Cowboys. But they have MUCH better uniforms.

Slim would love that- give him enough time to play with his johnson.

I think that thing about Marcus Allen and Art Shell's curse is true.

Taylor Mays belongs in Seattle. I'm calling it a year in advance. He went to HS here. His family lives here. Bring him home.

He likes rain and suicidal ruminations?

(Actually, Slim, I've been to Seattle 10 times, and 9 of them it was sunny and beautiful).

The Cowgirls uniforms look like crap. Especially when Tony Romo is crying all over them. On the other hand, the Seahawks team colors look good, even when wet. Tony Romo just cried all over me! Gross!

Thats what you call a home team advantage.

So... we picked up the best overall player in the draft, A solid and versatile if not spectacular O-line player for depth, a 2010 mid/high first round pick, and we gave up our 3rd and 4th round pick. I'm ok with that I guess. We need to sign Ken Lucas.

I do like the lime green...

I'm gonna have a poll. And you will lose badly. If you do you have to spot me 20 games in baseball.

Is that the pass that Hasselhof threw the interception to Al Harris?

Thats fine, but I veto any fans of either team. Make it an open poll.

The Lions would have been better off saving their money, taking someone (anyone?) else, and running the wishbone with Pat White; instead of guaranteeing $40 million to Stafford. Either way they would lose their division.

Like Joey Harrington and all those great 1st round wide recievers have really helped them out

If Detroit can shore up their O-line in the next couple of years, Stafford to Megatron is gonna be something. I like Stafford more than I did Matt Ryan last year but it might be good for him to just watch and learn most of his rookie year.

Someone must've put a curse on them too.

Another team w/nasty uniforms.

After we finish the Seahawks/Cowboys fracas, it might be fun to expand the field and determine the official SF-approved NFL uni. Definitely one for dumb threads.

+.
Stafford is legit.
I also think the TE pick was a good choice.
Detroit need's OL help fast though.
Everyone else in their division can get to the QB.

Bingo. He'll make a great tandem with fellow trojan Keith Rivers in Cincinnatti. Add Dhani Jones and this will become my favorite defense to watch.

Btw, 11 USC Trojans drafted this year. The most of any school by a good 3-4.
