Not announced yet. That's how some of these reporters work to try to get followers. They "tease" a story for a day or so and then when it is announced, re-report.

There was an "update" today that said that the Skins hired a law firm in a dance of the "announcement".

ho-hum. i feel like any dc area resident can't be shocked that top executives at the organization are trash. they took their cues from the boss. i'm willing to bet he doesn't harrass women himself but he'll overlook others' transgressions if they kiss his ring often and sloppily enough. so play your cards right and you can treat the ecstatic-to-be-underpaid underlings however you like.
