follow the instructions for pictures on the first page of the thread. Either you did something odd on that picture or the sleeves on that jacket are too short, esp. the left one. And that's not a blazer; it's a sport coat or an orphaned suit jacket (looks more like the latter).

I notice from your picture that your skin - particularly around your face, including the eyes - appears to be discolored yellow. This jaundice could be a symptom of hepatitis or liver cancer. I would urge you to see a doctor about it.
