While I have been a SF member for many years, my contributions have been limited to the Classic side of the forum. The sum total of my street/work wear collection was a few pairs of Detroit Denim jeans and one white and one black loop-wheeled t shirt from Self Edge. But a trip to SEAsia of all places changed that. First, I found a 12oz denim shirt from Bryceland while in Manila (Signet). I then stumbled upon Pronto in Bangkok where things got a bit nutty. My first set up purchases were more plain no-pocket t shirts primarily from Japanese brands: Pure Blue Japan, Nigel Cabourn, Warehouse, and Sportsman (USA).

More to come.

I also bought a pair of thick, stubbly, olive pents (do y’all use that term here?) by Samurai Jeans.

Then I bought a pair of Pure Blue Japan jeans which have an indigo warp and a black weft which makes for a unique shade that I really like:

Cool pick ups, but there is a recent purchases thread for this kind of stuff:

Thanks. As I mentioned earlier, these are my first posts to this side of SF. I’ll cross post to the thread you identified. Thanks again. This one is hard to describe as it was bought at a second hand store. It has zero tags or markings and the chest pocket is on the inside. It’s a lightly waxed cotton (I think).

Imagine how this forum would look if everyone made a personal "recent purchases" thread.
