New York Burberry Sale Preview

I received an invitation postcard from New York Burberry store (I don't know which one sent it to me, the 57th street or Soho store) for the preview of their sale (Thursday through Saturday while their official sale will start on Sunday for the general public), and this postcard gives me an extra 15% discount on top of the general 30-40% off.

I wonder if they send such postcards to everybody because so far I have shopped for only once in New York Burberry store.  There is simply no chance for me to become their VIP.

Did anybody check the New York Burberry stores recently?  Is there anything interesting from the spring/summer Prorsum collection left?   How about that big leather (or canvas?) tote bag?  Is it all sold-out in both stores?  If not, do you think it might be on sale later?

Most places will give you an invitation like that if you spend more than $1000. I never go to them, very stupid because you can probably save a lot.

I've gotten a couple of suits there. It seems to be kind of hit or miss, sometimes they have these great Italian fully canvased suits, other times it seems that they have nothing in stock.
