3-roll-2 is now dated?
No, what I am saying is this jacket is true 3 button blazer it is not 21/2.
so did you forget the word "not"...
Well, here it is: SUPERMEN for 10% on SS collections, up to March 13
drop on FW that in small area two days ago, now in large area
generally, when is the first drop on SS ?
Somehow I got worldwide express shipping on my last order
like next day shipping straight from Italy which is crazy! Better not be getting customs as it's a bit weird
same here (express shipping); unfortunately the color of the item is NOTHING like it was online (or as described); they are paying shipping back.
For all the hit-or-miss issues with Yoox's merchandise, at least they run a crack shipping and returns operation. I order from them and get items shipped that day - or a couple days later if it's coming from Italy, with an explanation - and they credit returns immediately.
I just did returns to Yoox and to STP. Yoox acknowledges the return the day after UPS shows they received it, and they credit immediately. STP takes several days after UPS shows they received the return, and two days later after acknowledgement, they still have not credited my credit card.
STP's merchandise is often just as unreliable as Yoox's. At least Yoox makes it easy buy and return. I'm happy to try things out from them, as long as they are willing to put up with my returns.
Ive never had any issues with their merchandise (wrong color, size, etc.) and I've spent thousands on there.
Another positive experience here. Colours and descriptions were very accurate, and I also got one kid's sock as a bonus. If you happened to receive the other one, pm me, we will work out a deal.
I didn't mean to make it sounds like Yoox's merchandise is screwed up, it's just that it's often hard to see on the computer screen exactly what you are getting. With suits, for instance, the fabric is almost always different than I expect, because they don't show close-ups of the material to see the texture and patterns.
I'd say that almost every time I order multiple items, I end up keeping the items I put in as a "throw in" and returning the main items I thought I wanted.
I really meant my post to compliment them on their shipping and returns operations, especially as compared to STP. I'm a big fan of Yoox, but I do make tons of returns.
I agree. I bought a blazer and a shirt from Yoox, and while the colors were fairly accurate, I was concerned about the texture of the fabric, because there was no close up image.
Regarding the color, I recently bought a pair of Incotex chinos from Farfetch, and the color was a little off, although their images were much, much better. It might be worth trying to find the same product from a different site, at least for the more expensive items. (edit: in order to compare colors)
I end up returning more than I keep for two reasons: fit and the texture of material. However, I have found the color and styling described to mostly very accurate. They have always been very prompt crediting me with the return and when one package never showed up from UPS, they gave me a full refund with no problems.
well, i've bought stuff from yoox that ended up being counterfeit. they receive so many returns every day that most likely a few bad apples might get sneaky and do a switcheroo on products returned while yoox receives high volume returns daily and rely on the green yoox security tag and sku and throw it back in the system without thinking too much about it.
