Lol at you guys.
But what I really want to know is if the S/S items are marked final sale. Anyone?
They are not. They're still there, even, just no longer sortable by season. Some things dropped in price
It says item not returnable or refundable.
It is funny how all S/S items are marked as final sales with no real price drops. Who would buy those final sales items now? Good job Yoox. First you add a 28% tax, then they asks for retail prices (sometimes above retail prices) for new items, and now you eliminate returns. I wonder how long Yoox will last.
WIth the price increases that do not come with better services, some of the other online retailers, even Gilt, are actually looking more attractive.
In Europe and many other countries every item is always returnable, even sample sale items.
The "Final Sale" thing, probably depends from american warehouse and afaik is only for canada and usa.
Not all S/S items are final sale. Also they started charging taxes in texas
Ooooh, ouch, even in the last free state of 'merica. It was only a matter a time after CA went down
I ship all my yoox purchases to Texas, my client location.
as stated prior - pay with an amex and use return protection if you don't like a final sale item
If you really want something from sample/final sale, I would say go ahead and get it; if you need to return it, try to find an excuse like "color, size material not as described", I've had luck bypassing the no return rule when I called customer service before.
So lie, basically.
It has to do with European goddamned socialist consumer protection (Amurika hating ) laws.
