Err, which part would have been a surprise had you not seen the trailer?

I've generally found Manhattans to be disappointing -- too muddled or something. The Scotch Sour sounds interesting. Long ago a buddy and I used to drink tequila sours regularly. Presently I'm ordering Rusty Nails a lot, but mostly just because I like the name.

Scotch sours are great, just not with a malt. I really like Cutty Sark for sours. The hard thing about sours is the great disparity in mixes and making. Sort of the same as Old Fashioneds, which I also enjoy. Rusty Nails are also great, but I want to try one with Glayaa (sp?) instead of Drambuie. Strictly after-dinner for me though.

She's 4 years older which is unusual for me, but she doesn't look a day over 24 and is very pretty. And she's actually interesting, which is hard to find. She's reading Tolstoy right now and loves talking about history and woody allen movies. Talk about a great combo.

We seem to have a lot in common so I'm definitely considering taking a real stab at a relationship for a change. Then again, my peruvian chick gets back from brazil in january so who knows what i'm gonna do.

so Juana traded in the stripper pole for War and Peace?

Well, I quit smoking last week so my 2006 resolution is covered ...

2007:
-Drag ****** out of bed earlier to go for a 30 minute walk along the beach every morning.
-File the paperwork for my kid's Canadian citizenship.
-Make those DVD's of the family movies.

Hey, don't feel bad. My resolutions for '06 were to move to a new apartment, get in shape, and find a new girlfriend. I accomplished one and the whole thing turned into a three-year plan.

I didn't even know who you meant at first but now I remember. That's funny. I ran in to her at Time with a rich black dude once but if you think I'd date her you're insane.

My resolutions are to average (average mind you) no more than 50 hours per week at work, take a vacation once a quarter, and drive less aggressively.

Well it's just that I don't recall there being a huge selection. In any case, I always knew she'd turn out to be a gold digging whore.
