That does allow you one cup of $3/bottle champagne in a plastic cup, however. My amusement one NYE - being in Grand Central at 4am... and seeing all the people sleeping on the floor ringing the Grand Hall waiting for the first 6am commuter trains so they could go home.
growing up outside of nyc i feel those people's pain as i have been in GCT at 4am waiting for the trains to leave that morning. it sucks!!
