New vintage Italian-made boots and loafers 7.5 - 8 D

Up for sale are vintage Italian shoes that have never been worn, and have been in storage since at least 1991 (20+ years). The styling is timeless, especially on the boots. I've tried my best to describe and photograph them. I have 140+ 100% feedback on ebay, sold as-is, price includes CONUS shipping from USA.

Marco Rinaldi boots, brown/coffee color - $65 $55
Leather upper, leather sole and lining, made in Italy
Condition: never worn. Has a few 'pin pricks" in leather, as if someone stapled something to them at factory -- 4 just above heel at back of both shoes, 3 on toe of right shoe. They are filled with factory finish, and are not noticeble unless inspecting shoe closely (please see photos).
Note: I don't see any obvious cracks, but the leather is dry and/or coated with a plastic finish -- I would try to strip these shoes and apply some leather conditioner before wearing
