I am about to leave to New York to my shoemaking course, teaching new shoemakers. Please take a visit, if you can! Before I leave, let me share soem new creations, and hear your opinion about them! First: Classic wingcut toe derby, meant to be "budapest-in-modern-form", by my customer. I don't know is SHE (! - yes) is right or not, but I like the shoe. Most probably it will be produced in RTW collection (if finally I can organise it). Water buffalo leather (we are in the year of bull! (ox)

), transparent edge finish, English welted heel to heel.

This one is just a wholecut with soem nice details: red felt on tongue, red fiddleback, metal toe plate, intentionally open laces (not really my style, but I make what customers order).

Thanks for the comment!

Well, my legacy is making good (preferably perfect) shoes. I promise I keep it. And I also aim to follow my customers wants - only this way I can make a living from it, and continue this trade (and make those shoes, what you like!).

I think they are beautiful. Keep up the good work.

The last shape and the color on the first pair is quite striking. And the quality is evident.

I really like that derby. My girlfriend likes to wear men's dress shoes sometimes - I think it works well on women that have the corresponding style.

Thank you guys! I am in NY now, so please feel free to meet me, even if you don't order - we can just talk about shoes, techniques, styles, etc. I am here for 2 weeks, and most probably regulary coming back. You can also see me working, if you drop in to the course.

PLease make an appointment, if you wish so.

i think if you're got money to spend in recession and got a load of TIME, attending this course is very useful as to specifying your needs for your next bespoke shoe. I wanted to get a metal tipped shoe to prevent damage to the front sole from Zee's (Hong Kong), but he doesn't do those anymore

. Your shoes look amazing! As with you, not a fan of open lacing and personally i don' tlike wingtip/derby.. or even derbys full stop

As always great looking shoes. The red fiddle back is a nice touch.

In case or orders I can, just not in weekdays, when I have students. And place is also a question.
