It is difficult to tell what color the shoe is from the picture you took, and therefore difficult for any member to suggest a color combination.

The shoe is clearly a suede wingtip oxford with a white rubber sole, but I cannot tell if the shoe is black, blue, dark grey, or what.

A better picture would be helpful, but at least state the color of the shoe.

The white rubber sole limits the shoe as to only be worn with jeans or chinos however.

they are grey...Color is called "ash grey" . So the white sole limits you to ONLY jeans?

Not at all-the shoes would go with any type of casual pants of the right color.
I think the OP's point was that you should not wear the shoes with a suit or a dressier pant/SC combination because a white rubber sole is inherently casual.
Good colors to match them with would be blue, gray, red, green and black.
