New G.J. Cleverly Russian reindeer accessories are now available at The Hanger Project!
On December 10th 1786, the Catharina von Flensburg ship, carrying a cargo of hemp and leather from the Russian port of St. Petersburg to the independent republic of Genoa in the Mediterranean, was lost in a storm off the coast of Cornwall in the English Channel. And there the ship and its cargo remained for more than 200 years until – in 1973 – it was discovered by the members of an English diving club. Remarkably preserved, due to the hides' long slumber buried in the mud of the Channel, they have gradually been recovered (in small numbers and at some degree of risk) from the icy waters in the years since.

Originally cured in baths of rye flour as well as willow and birch liquor, and then soaked in seal oil before being hand embossed with a cross-hatch design, the hides are currently available to only a limited number of English craftsmen who restore the leather to its original condition and then use it to make small leather goods. The Hanger Project is one of the few retailers of these fine accessories in the United States and we encourage you to review our newest collection, which ranges from wallets to multipurpose cases.

They look wonderful in the pictures.

Sorry for being annoyingly obsequious, but the description for the evening wallet claims it has "two full length currency pockets, two half length pockets, and eight credit card/ID slots" which is the same description as for the hip pocket wallet. Surely a copy / paste goof.

Is the pricing for the "evening wallet" also correct? Given the premium is paid for the material it seems very harsh to charge the same for a small card wallet as a full billfold wallet!
