New SF member and not sure where to find the answer you're looking for? Have a quick question that doesn't belong in a current thread? Welcome, you found the right place.

This is a new weekly thread where new and old users alike can ask a quick question and get a solid answer. If a thread already exists that would be more helpful, we will point you in the right direction. The only stupid question is the one that isn't asked.....so ask away!

Thank you for the greetings. I like this forum already!!!

Much appreciated. I have searched that website previously but they don't have XL in really anything left but the crew neck.

Last question. Any jeans people recommend that provide the stacking look Im looking for like Saint Laurent denim. I don't want to spend over 400 on denim. I really don't see the point. But I do love SL's distressed denim. That wash is nice. Any suggestions?

Hi, historically I've always been a cheap (or heavily discounted at least) shoe wearer/buyer

I'm beginning to covet more expensive shoes and as a brit feel i should buy local with the grensons, trickers etc.

I wear jeans nearly all the time and my eye has been somewhat turned by Feit, I'm loving the look of the marine low tops, but I just cannot bring myself to spend that sort of money not knowing if they are a 10-15 year pair of shoes.

Can anybody atest for their durability? are they going to last pretty much forever (assuming I keep them well)?

    thanks
    Richard

Welcome to the forum. I don't have any, but I like them. Check out Buttero...cheaper and I can attest to their awesomeness.

What are some designers/brands similar to Ann Demeulemeester (in terms of style; wouldn't mind the price being lower [IMG] ) ?

    Hey there,
I can never seem to find a pair of jeans that fit me well so i was hoping you all could help...

I'm 6' 2" with a 32 waist. i'm skinny but have larger than average rear/thighs from many years of cycling...

I prefer a slimmer fit with a tapper at the bottom, however most of the skinny/slim jeans i try are too tight in the thighs or my butt sticks out too much when i sit down :/

    any suggestions would be appreciated!

preferably under $100 / available in black

    thanks!

Welcome to the forum, Joe. Check out Gustin...they provide measurements for all the cuts/styles and they are the most affordable quality denim you will find.

    Hi everyone,
Summer is coming and I wanted to get a new pair of kicks since my current casual shoes are pretty beaten up.
Which style/color would you guys choose, a Brown Loafer or Tan Sneaker, to go with (mainly beige) shorts? Or which one would be the most versatile?

I don't have much experience with summer fashion or casual fashion :p

Here are the options that I found:
    Loafer
    [IMG]
    Sneaker (also comes in navy)

Loafers are a bit out of my safety zone as I currently don't own one, but I'm willing to give it a shot.

    Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, Mr Chan. I'm not really crazy about either of those shoes. Anything else you have looked at that you are considering?

Hi Murlsquirl, thanks for the warm welcome.

I've also considered the below, but am not sure if it will go well with shorts:

I've also considered a navy boat-like shoe, but have heard boat shoes and the colour navy are not the way to go.. The shape of this shoe also look kind of weird i think, but that could just be me.

    Thanks!

[IMG]I just thought that the colour of this shoe was a bit strange since it's not the shades of brown/tan I'm used to seeing ahaha, but thanks! This is one of the cheaper options as well, so thats always good :)
