1. Hi. We moved systems, and because it was impossible to achieve feature parity between the systems, we opted to archive the old B&S threads but allow users to read them so that they can put them into our new B&S system.

There is a support thread if you have any issues.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Thanks for sharing -- I really enjoyed the article and photos. Would love to check out the shop in person if I make it to NYC anytime soon.

The cordovan NATO watch straps are cool....

Fell in love with the Alden Indy brown chromexcel shortly after it was introduced last year. Searched and searched, but couldn't find one in stock in my size. If I was lucky I could be on a wait list for 3+ months.

Then I e-mailed this place call Leffot down in the Village. They had plenty of chromexcels. I went in on a cold, rainy Sunday afternoon in March. I was the only one in the place and Steven and I talked for a good half hour about Aldens, customized shoes, leathers, shoe care, everything. I was certain I would be a 9.5 in a trubalance last based on everything I read, but Steven thought going a full size down (to a 9) was best for me and he was right.

He was wearing some sweet suede chukkas. I almost went for those, but I walked out with what I had come for. It was a great experience.

I never check this forum but the Leffot profile caught my eye.

    Good job Pete.

Albert, your photography skills are lacking, compared even to your wit.

What a spectacular collection. Those cordovan NATO straps are incredible but I don't think I can afford it with a price tag of $200+

Excellent photos. If I'm ever back in NYC I'll have to make Leffot one of my stops.

Great review, shoreman. It looks like their inventory has expanded since I last visited. So much good stuff. The store design is cool, too.
