stopped in the store today, saw a lot of great stuff, convinced my roommate to leave with a pair of KMWs, and he's in love with the average joes too. i may end up finally buying a pair of the 5ep x SFs. i tried on the 29s and they seem to fit fine, albeit tighter than i'm used to, wondering about the stretch? i ask because i'm normally a waist 30, but the 30s in the 5eps already seem a bit loose.

i searched around for that penultimate 5ep x SF jean thread but couldn't find it, so i guess this thread is the next best thing.

and if hatori hanzo is reading this: those are some sick KMWs, cldpsu was nice enough to let me have a glance at the quality of the denim today. really, really awesome dude.

I'm normally a size 29-30 waist as well, and I got the 29. The fit is a bit tight, but I've been told that they will stretch a little. So far (1 week, few hours of wear a day), they've stretched a tiny bit, albeit slower than my other raw denim, but hopefully that will change with time.

i would do the 29 as well. rock them hard and they will stretch to your liking,
