Brand new Isaia for Saks gray pinstripe suit. 46R, 2 button, side vents, flat front, unhemmed pants, and basted sleeves for surgeon cuffs. Buttons and Gutermann buttonhole twist included.
chest: 20" / waist: 18" / shoulders: 17.5" / sleeves: 25.5" / BOC: 29" / pants: 31" x 37.5" , 10.25" rise
