I picked up several pair of slim fit Incotex from the FS forum and a few (mainly the euro tagged ones) are very slim in the leg. I had them altered at my normal length and they now stack like jeans and look ******. Should I hem them more or leave as is? if I hem more, do you think it would be better to cuff?

you just learned the length rule. narrow legs need be shorter, wide longer.
its the instep that effects this. the narrow pant leg hits at the high part of the instep. the wide pant leg hits the lower part.

Go for the cuff. You can always take them off if you hate them.

I have some on my trim Italian pants. I too, had to go for a much shorter inseam but was glad I did. They look "right" shorter. The cuff gives a bit more detail as well.

just remember that with the tapered sleeker look of the pants, you may want to go bigger with the cuffs (at least 1.5"-2") Anything smaller would look weird, IMO.

I disagree, both with cuffing, and with making the cuff larger.

Unless these are wool, or the somewhat nicer cotton wool blends (the finer ones with more cotton), I would hem, not cuff. I also prefer smaller cuffs, but I am outnumbered--even my tailor won't let me get them as small as I'd like.

Depends how you're going to wear them, I suppose. I find cuffs just look weird on casual pants, which is how I plan to use mine.
