Incotex men's pants in 100% cotton mid weight fabric, good for year round. Brand new, unaltered, never worn. European tag size 54, waist measured 37.5". Color is dark navy. Pants are unhemmed, unlined, and padded in crotch area. Dry clean only. The construction is sturdy and durable with an eye on particular details. Per manufacturer requirement the main Incotex label has been removed to prevent returns to retail stores but the small Incotex label remains (see picture). They retail $350 before sales tax at up-scale men’s stores such as Saks, Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus.

• Triple closures - 1 external button, clip & hook, and 1 internal button
• 2-piece curtained waistband with 1/2" split notched rear

The split notched rear 2-piece waistband helps pants conforming to waist contour of wearer and reducing stress while sitting down. This is a mark of fine tailoring.
Measurements in inches (1"= 2.54cm) with pants laying flat:

• Waist: 37.5" with 2" to let out
• Leg opening: 8.5”
• Outseam: 47.5” unhemmed
• Inseam: 36.5" unhemmed
• Rise: 11.75" measured from crotch seam to top of pants
• Thigh: 14.75" measured at crotch
• Knee: 10.5" measured 22" down from waist
