I am parting with some incredible shirts here, simply looking to thin the herd. These are all terrific deals, and can be worn now and in the coming months. All are made with terrific fabrics, described below, and all at either Gitman Brothers in Ashland, PA, or at New England Shirt Company, in Fall River, MA. All garments stored on hangers in a smoke-free, pet-free home. All fit around a Medium, and all measurements listed below are taken from the garment itself. As with many sales, if you purchase more than one garment from me, I'll be happy to extend a discount.
A new add to this thread is a frankly stunning Blue-Lavender Gitman (Ashland) Slubby Chambray. This shirt doesn't have the roughness that chambray usually has. There's some gentle slubbiness in the fabric, and the hand on it is incredibly smooth; as I recall, Gitman had it woven specially for them in Japan. The color tone is tough to capture exactly right, but it's a blue with a lavender cast -- definitely distinct from a typical blue shirt, but not loud or pastel-like either. The drape and fabrication are amazing, and it's very breathable for true three- or four-season wear. It's an incredible fabric, and easy to wear both casually and in a business-casual way, as the chambray is very fine, but still with some casual slubbiness. Worn 4-5 times, and an Ashland Small (measurements below).

First, a shirt from Epaulet's late lamented Ashland line, made by Gitman Brothers. This shirt is made in a striped oxford fabric originally done for Thom Browne. The fabric is incredibly luxurious but still tough, and works equally well for business wear, business casual, or as a sport shirt. The stripes, as you can see in the close up, are a light blue and medium gray set against a white ground. This multi-stripe pattern is very rare, but reads from a distance as simply a striped oxford. Mother of pearl buttons finish it off. Worn three to four times. It's an incredibly versatile and distinctive take on a classic shirt. The shirt is tagged a small, but fits like a slim medium.

Second, a classic from Gitman Bros. Vintage: the overdyed navy oxford. This is a deep navy oxford done with the classic GBV details: chalk buttons, collar button, locker loop, the works. It's perhaps the easiest shirt you can wear, going well with both proper trousers and denim, working well untucked, and also holding its shape underneath a jacket or sweater. Four season weight, worn four or five times. The reason for the insanely low price on this is that the bottom buttonhole has been repaired by a professional tailor in New York. This particular fabric is incredibly hard to take color accurate photos of, so below the photos of the actual garment, I've included a few studio shots to represent the fabric for color accuracy. Like the above, it's tagged small, but fits more like a medium.

Third, another shirt in the navy family. This tie-dye shirt is made of hand dyed fabric from India, and done in a very easy to wear striped tie-dye pattern. Great worn both tucked and untucked, the shirt is incredibly soft and is great for both spring and fall weather as well as for hot summer days. This shirt walks the line beautifully between presenting a bold pattern in a versatile, wearable way. (Like the above shirt, the blue tone in this fabric is a true navy, which digital cameras do a have a bit of trouble presenting.) Worn only twice, made by New England Shirting Company for Epaulet. Mother of pearl buttons throughout. Tagged medium.

Fourth, and perhaps the hardest to let go, is a New England for Epaulet shirt done in a hand-dyed, hand-loomed genuine Indian "bleeding" Madras cloth. The classic bright plaid design on this and the incredibly soft and breathable shirt make for a true perfect summer shirt. The fabric is slightly slubby, and has some natural give and breathability only characteristic of genuine bleeding Madras fabrics. It's an amazing shirt. Worn only once, with mother of pearl buttons throughout. Tagged a large, but fits like a medium.
