New Cottonwork shirt - fit critique wanted!

I have just received my first short from Cottonwork and would appreciate any suggestions on how I can improve the fir for future orders. For this first shirt I chose a sky blue fabric from their cheapest range. The cost, with Facebook voucher, was under £30 ($47). The shirt was ordered 3/3/11 and received yesterday. I based my measurements on a shirt I had made in London by Stephan Haroutounian (I measured the shirt as opposed to sending it to Hong Kong). The only thing wrong with my order was the font that the invisible monogramme font was different to ordered (Cottonwork were very sporting and gave me 15% credit on the value of the shirt). From my (probably ignorant) perspective, I am thinking of adding an inch to the chest (in an attempt to sort out the strange vertical bunching around the shoulders and armpits), and maybe half and inch to the shoulders. I also think I will add a half inch to the sleeves (I have washed and ironed the shirt once). Shirt details below: Solid Blue CWSU042 Slim fit, Classic bottom cut, N split yoke, Cutaway collar, With Placket fastening, No Pocket pocket, French cuff, Narrow sleeve width, With Button placket button, Tailor Pick hole threads, No inner fabric, Replacable collar stay, NRS monogram text, Exact Script monogram font, Light Blue monogram color, Placket Bottom monogram placement. Shoulders too big, waist too big, darts unnecessary, arms too tight.

sleeves are a bit short.
otherwise one of the better looking internet mtm shirts I have seenon here in a long time.

As shirtmaven says, the sleeves are too short. Also, the shirt doesn't do a good job of fitting your posture and shoulder slope. But that may be too much to ask from online MTM.

Interesting, as I always considered myself to have quite square shoulders. Where on a shirt (and how) would one have to work on the shirt to correct/improve something like posture and the sloped shoulders?

They gave a $15 voucher to all members of their FB group when they reached 1000 members, so that ship has sailed (but perhaps there will be other offers in the future).

I agree with the above comments and we seem to be having similar fit issues (i.e. short sleeves, and slightly generous waist).

Here's my fit - what do you think? The sleeve wrinkling at the top is no fault of the shirt. I'm thinking slimmer waist, slightly wider shoulders, longer sleeves, softer collar interlining, spread collar, and perhaps back darts for my next attempt.

Slimmer waist? It's pulling like crazy around your waist already. I think you need to add an inch to the body as well if you plan on tucking

I have about two inches of room around the waist. It billows out slightly at the front when tucked, and even more at the back. This is why I am considering back darts for my next order. I'll try posting a better photo when I get it back from the cleaners.

I would not go any slimmer, and might even let the waist out slightly. the hips are already snug and the excessive hourglass could make it look quite feminine.
