1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

The last photograph was the first one that I ever posted on SF...I wore that jacket the same day that Mattypoo wore his, and when I saw his WAYWRN photo, the synchronicity of it cracked me up so much that I had to post what I was wearing.

So are we on for next week then? (personally i think he's not the best choice as there's nothing really interesting about the photography and no real consistency I can find that makes it drastically different from anyone else, but that's just me)

If you're up for trying to copy IamMatt next week or even just want to see this thing happen then +1 it.

    And Diavolo can judge... [IMG]

some examples as refreshers (if Matt doesn't mind)... (gotta say, for all your posts - yes I read through a lot of history - there are precious few photos!)

I present - The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly:

God damn I am well dressed.

Liz Lemon spared you the SF meetup photos.

Do you know how many bear-seeking-bear messages I have received from that? FWIW, I will judge, and will send a Rubinacci tie to the winner.

    Is there a point?

Vox: The high placement of the breast pocket relative to Matt ultimately dooms your effort.

    Absolutely not.

What should worry you pretenders is that the synchonicity was not the result of emulation, but of independent convergence.

    That's hard to top.

As for the striped jacket: do any of you even have such a jacket? Mattypoo and I had to get tailors to make ours up...in both cases, at gunpoint.

I hope I don't get one of the ties with the BBQ stains.

    Full Canvass should be represented.

Haven't seen him post in a while.

He's got to be the best dressed man in Minsk[IMG]

    La Jolla is tougher competition[IMG]

I don't think I'll put together an outfit just for this purpose, but I think I have something that will work ...

This contest would be much more interesting if you chose a more interesting model, say, for example, merkur. That creates room for artistic interpretation, rather than the parade of soulless simulcra that has been marching across our screens.
