There is another that may be working "Times" which was advertised with last week's (or the week before) NYTimes. 50% off for first time customers it says.

edit--I forgot, it's only on selected products

I used foxlglove and picked up their studs-and-links set this morning. I've had my eye on them for some time, and have an event tonight, so I decided it was time to pull the trigger. Nice studs and links.

Hijacking this thread. How is the quality of Charles Tyrwhitt goods?

Who is making the shoes?
And what quality are the shirts and suits?

I just saw that it's very reasonable priced and finally something I wouldn't have to pay import taxes and VAT.

I think that they are having a 50% off sale at present so you don't really need a discount code at the moment.

Loake make most, if not all, of Tyrwhitt's shoes.
Steer clear of the corrected-grain versions and they are pretty good although you can usually find the original Loake versions for considerably less than Charles Tyrwhitt usually charges from places like Pediwear or Herring Shoes.

In terms of shirts, they are reasonable.
Better value than Thomas Pink and about on a par with TM Lewin. For my taste, the collars are a bit too hard, or firm, as I prefer a softer collar. However, the prices are ridiculously low and they have some nice patterns.

There are plenty of threads about the quality of Tyrwhitt, TM Lewin and other English shirtmakers (or should I say, English-owned shirtmakers, as many of them don't actually make their shirts in the UK anymore) and how they compare to each other, so if you do a search on the forum it should yield plenty of results.

I have no experience with their suits and so unfortunately cannot comment. I think that some people have commented that their higher line is at least half-canvassed and doesn't look too bad. Again, if you do a search, you should find a few threads about Charles Tyrwhitt (or "CT" as they are sometimes called) and suits.

They're still 50% off everything for me?

Use MENS1 for £5 off £50 spend at checkout.
