Hi all, I just got my first pair of carmina, however there is a small mark on the upper, should I return it or it just normal? It's my first carmina, not sure if it happens often, thanks

This is the type of thing that will likely occur anyway after several outings, be it in that particular place or somewhere else on the shoe. This will likely start to blend in as the leather gets treated and a patina forms.

However......if it's something you cannot live with and keeps you up at night, then return them for another pair. They should not have left the shoppe/factory like that. As I said, it's cosmetic and not a fatal flaw.

Thanks Phileas, appreciated
