And post the before and after pictures side-by-side. Which tailor did you take the suit to alter?

Any other adjustments (other than sleeves?) Widen shoulders?

Advice appreciated.

Thanks

Looks great, Z. Although it looks equally fine at the original length. How much did you have the length shortened?

Looks great now. Seems that right shoulder/armscye problem was resolved as well. Good on you, mate.

I think the suit looks much better now that it has been shortened. I am surprised at how much the tie and pocket square makes the pattern stand out. The difference in the two pictures is remarkable.

The only question I have is on the length of the left sleeve. I can't tell if it is a tad too short or if it is cut on an angle but to my eye it stands out just a little.

suit looks great-- i think the length is better after the alterations. great choice on the suit! pants bottoms actually look pretty good.....again, i'm still torn about whether to consider a borrelli suit, because of the narrow trouser bottoms, but yours looks sharp.

I just noticed that the bottom front doesn't have the original shape. It looks square to me.

Kasper - yes, they clearly reshaped with the shortening, but the picture makes it look more square than it is.

I agree that the sleeves are short, but I honestly prefer sleeves to be what most would consider "too short." I asked for it.

I am with you on the sleeve length and hink that the suit looks great. With soft shoulders sleeve length is tricky because you dont havea rigid structure to hang them from. Well done.
