I bought this BB boots http://www.brooksbrothers.com/IWCatP...lor=Dark-brown But when I received and opened box, found scratched on one's surface。 One friend told me it's OK,but some told me need to exchange it. My question is do I really need to exchange?

Can't see the scratches - can you post better pics?

If they're light scratches, you can polish them out. If they go deep into the leather, return them.

My guess is that with the application of a little polish they'll be fine.

Nice boots. If BB used your pics, the boots would all be gone.
