Hello. So it's fall and I've recently acquired a couple new pairs of boots. See photo. I am a winter complexion, very fair skinned, so I usually only stick to neutral footwear in black or chocolate or beeswax in the case of clarks and I know how to work those with other accessories. Likewise all my dressier footwear. However I now have camel suede chelseas and a similarly colored lace-ups (the two pair to the right). These are the two specifically in question. Lighter than I normally wear (also shown for contrast. Various others not shown). Following are questions:

1. Do I need to coordinate belt and watch with these shoes? Or one or the other? Belt and shoes while watch is free? Belt and watch with pants and neither matches shoes i.e. chocolate belt and watch with tan shoes? Does belt material matter i.e do I need a suede belt? I have chocolate suede chukka and never felt this problem with them. Every photo I've seen online the watch and belt are invisible and nobody ever wears anythinge except a white tee with them....

2. Blue jeans are obviously go to. Likewise faded grey jeans. What about black jeans, blue chinos, grey chinos, Kakhis? What are the rules here?

Thanks!
