This has been around for a while, but still cracks me up everytime. The best part of the video is where he tells the driver to step on it, and the needle goes from 20 kph to 30. You're so bad Chuckie... Jane-Finch is hardly ghetto - it's just a very diversified, working class neighbourhood with a bad reputation because it's not as squeeky clean as other Toronto neighbourhoods.

My office is 5 minutes from there. It's not exactly ghetto but the area does account for a disproportionate amount of the crime committed in the City of Toronto.
