1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

NENOX 9.5" Chef Knife

    Hello, my NENOX 9.5" chefs knife needs some work on the handle. I have had this knife

    over fifteen years, and use it everyday. There are others that I can use as replacement while
    this one is being fixed.


    What needs to be done is, if you hold the knife horizontal with the handle on the left side. There is a SS dot, a SS OVAL, and another SS dot that is missing and has to be replaced. The SS OVAL has protruded and is not flush to the handle. You can feel this protrusion with your fingers.

    I'm not sure if their is a lifetime guarantee on parts and replacement .
