There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I got an insert in the mail informing me that Neiman Marcus is having a Mens Sale beginning next Friday June 4.  (Not surprisingly, I also received an insert from Saks touting a sale starting around the same time.)  Discounts are 25%-33%.  I assume that Last Call will start several weeks later.

Ambulance Chaser - are you in DC? The NM pre-sale actually started yesterday (Friday), although you can't pick up anything you might buy until next Wednesday. This was at Tysons, I'm not sure about Mazza Gallerie.

Bryce, Good tip.. I was just in Friendship Heights and didn't stop in at Mazza b/c I figured I'd need to come back next week anyhow. Maybe I'll go up tomorrow for a brief browse...

Yep.  Did you get advance notice of the pre-sale or did you just happen to be in Tyson's?  I'm going to be going to Mazza Gallerie tomorrow to take a look.  I don't think 25-33% off Neiman-Marcus retail is enough to get me to bite, however, particularly given my recent home purchase.

On a related note, anyone who goes to Mazza Gallerie needs to stop by the Loehmann's across Wisconsin Avenue, which in my opinion is the hidden gem of DC shopping despite the small men's section.  A few weeks ago I picked up a navy double-breasted Corneliani (mainline, not Trend or CC Collection) for $360, including tax.

I dunno about hidden gem... I saw the Cornelianis (nice suits, none fit me). But in general my take on Loehmann's is that is Filene's with slightly better labels and much less discounting. They seem to be trying to be a halfway house b/w a reg dep't store and a discounter. Witness an attempt to charge hundreds of $$ for John Richmond at the Mazza store.

I have been into Loehmann's about 8 times and never walked out with anything...
